La cour d'appel de Versailles a contraint l'entreprise à fournir les documents censés établir sa responsabilité dans les agissements de sa filiale camerounaise.
Le projet comprendra une zone industrielle, un aéroport international et une zone agricole couvrant environ 167 000 hectares. 35% de ses bénéfices nets devraient revenir à l’Etat soudanais.
