We are at the 18th Edition of Free Land Camp (Acampamento Terra Livre ATL in Portuguese), after two years of virtual performance, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, in which we lost many of our own. However, we continue with the forces of ancestry, getting back up to return to face-to-face actions with the theme: “Retaking Brazil: Demarcate the Territories and Indigenize the Politics”. This year, we will occupy the federal capital from April 4th to 14th.

TIAA-Divest! is joining with tens of thousands of TIAA participants across the country to demand that TIAA stop financing the climate crisis and put an end to deforestation-driving agribusiness investments. We’ll deliver our demands and over 23,000 petition signatures to TIAA Headquarters in midtown Manhattan in a key moment of escalation for our campaign!

Led by the Asian Peasant Coalition (APC) since 2015, the Day of the Landless is commemorated every March 29 to gather landless rural peoples’ movements and land advocates to highlight the struggles for land in the Global South.

This year, the APC, PCFS, PANAP, International League of Peoples’ Struggle (ILPS) Commission 6, and the Rural Constituency of the CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness (CPDE) will hold both virtual and on-ground discussions and actions with allies

Pourquoi BIO, détenue à 100% par l’État belge, finance-t-elle une multinationale de l’agrobusiness?

Comment s’organisent les communautés sur place pour faire valoir leurs droits ?

Que pouvons-nous faire en Belgique pour stopper ces accaparements de terres et faire en sorte que les communautés affectées par les financements de BIO obtiennent justice ?

Est-ce qu’une directive européenne sur le devoir de vigilance des entreprises serait utile ?
