Letters to PepsiCo against deforestation and human rights violations

A letter signed by 46 Civil Society Organisations is calling on PepsiCo to ensure that all of PepsiCo’s products sold globally are produced without deforestation, the destruction of peatlands or the violation of human rights, including the rights of Indigenous peoples, local communities
and workers. And to reform its joint venture partner with Indofood, Indonesia largets palm oil company. Indofood is known for its multiple environmental and labour abuse according to the letter.
