Les sociétés agricoles brésiliennes SLC Agricola et Bom Futuro Agricola ont chacune déclaré vendredi avoir approuvé l'exercice de leurs droits pour l'acquisition de l'ensemble des propriétés rurales du portefeuille dénommé « Bloco Mato Grosso », appartenant actuellement à l'unité Radar du conglomérat Cosan.
A SLC Agrícola e a Bom Futuro Agrícola, dois dos maiores grupos produtores de grãos e oleaginosas do Brasil, afirmaram nesta sexta-feira (26) que exerceram o direito de preferência para aquisição das mesmas terras do Bloco Mato Grosso, do Grupo Radar, por R$1,85 bilhão.
