TORONTO, May 11, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Feronia Inc. (“Feronia” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: FRN) today announces changes to its Board of Directors (the “Board”).
Mr. Frank Braeken has resigned as Executive Chairman and as a director of the Company and Mr. Nick Thompson has resigned as a director of the Company.
An announcement regarding further board changes and the appointment of a new Chairman will be made in due course.
