Investor Survey on Land Rights

Dear colleague,

We invite you to participate in the first biennial Investor Survey on Land Rights. The survey will track investor and operator perceptions and practices related to land tenure and property rights in land-based investments. The survey is being conducted by Indufor North America, managed by the Cloudburst Group, and initiated by USAID. The European Investment Bank is pleased to endorse this initiative.

Please share your experience by completing our initial 10-minute survey by Nov 15, 2017. We will follow up with a more in-depth survey for respondents with active or recent investments in land. In return for your participation, we will send you a final report summarizing findings, giving you unique insights into the state of land tenure risks in the private sector by sector and geography.

You will be automatically directed to the survey page. Your individual responses are confidential and used solely for this project. The final report will report data in an aggregate form, with all identifiable information removed. The dataset will not be shared with the public.

Organizations can choose to have their names featured in the report if they wish. An opportunity to publish a case study in the report will also be available.

This survey is designed for use on a laptop or desktop computer. We do not recommend using a hand-held device. You do not need to finish the survey at one time; you can save your responses, exit, and finish the survey later using the same link.
